ROUNDSLINGS

All Synthetic Slings are colour coded to meet Australian and International lifting standards, and provide easy Working Load Limit (WLL) identification. Fabricated using 100% high tenacity polyester yarn, and wound in a continuous hank to form an endless sling.

  • Variable load bearing point for more even wear

  • Lifts smooths objects without damage

  • Ideal for choking lifting cylindrical objects

  • Load bearing fibres protected by the outer sleave

  • Reduced manual handling. Approximately 5 x lighter than wire rope of the same capacity

  • Manufactured with a 7:1 safety factor

All synthetic round slings are manufactured in accordance with Round Slings AS 4497.

SPANSET MAGNUM PLUS

The SpanSet Magnum Plus high performance heavy duty round slings are certified to AS 4497.1, these slings are designed for extremely heavy loads and are certified by SAI Global.
Being an externally, nationally certified product, Magnum Plus round slings are not only up to the task of safely lifting loads within their extensively versatile working load limit, but are also packaged with all relevant paperwork for peace of mind should liability come into question in the vent of a load being handled incorrectly.

  • High performance heavy duty sleeve

  • Sleeve is approx. 40% thicker than conventional sleeves

  • Sleeve is approx. 4 - 5 times more cut and abrasion resistant than conventional sleeves

  • Thick sleeves means better protection of internal fibres

  • Raised ribs on sleeve for greater wear and cut resistance, better for choking of loads

  • WLL woven into sleeve for unmistakable capacity information.

  • Available from 10t up to 200t WLL
