RUD VLBG-PLUS SWIVEL LOAD RING
The RUD VLBG-PLUS Load Ring with metric thread has a safety factor of 4:1 and comes fully tested and approved by DGUV. The VLBG-PLUS load ring is Grade 120 and is designed for use in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C up to 100°C and a maximum temperature of 350°C with a reduced WLL.

pewag PLAW ALPHA
This lifting point is 360° rotatable. The load ring is loadable in a wide range and can be positioned at any required angle due to its replaceable and patented spring. The hexagonal special screw is also replaceable and secured against loss. The PLAW pewag winner profi lift alpha screw is made from 10.9 grade material, 100% crack-tested, covered with a chromate VI-free protection agent against corrosion and marked with the load capacity and thread size. pewag winner profilift alpha is able to withstand a 4-fold safety factor against break in all directions and every single lifting point is marked with an individual serial number. pewag winner profilift alpha is available with metric or UNC-thread. The versions with metric thread are also available with customised thread lengths.


AL Lifting Point
Large ring bolt manufactured accordingly to EN 818-4 and AS2317 for the swivel component. Used as a swiveling load ring able to swivel 360° with a pivot 180°. Made from G80 alloy steel with Orange painted finish, manufactured with an elongated ring in metric thread sizes.

WELDED LIFTING POINTS
RUD VLBS LOAD RING
The VLBS Load ring off ers a functional, compact innovative design. The rings are 100% electromagnet crack tested and painted in the classic RUD pink powder coat finish. Manufactured using high tensile CrNiMo - steel. Off ers a full WLL in any direction with 4:1 lifting design factor. Rated capacity can be increased 100% in specific lashing applications.
Available with or without internal position holding springs.

pewag PLEW Eta
High-tensile lifting point pewag winner profilift eta, for welding onto machine parts or vehicle bodies. Ideal for hanging of lifting and lashing parts. Due to the integrated spring, the ring will be kept in each requested position.
The PLEW has a higher rated capacity than the pewag PLE/N and additionally can be loaded higher in the preferred load direction (see user manual). The grooves on the weld-on bracket at 45° and 60° simplify the recognition of the permitted inclination. Each lifting point comes with an individual serial

RUD W-ABA LIFTING POINT
ABA Weld-on lifting points must only be used for the assembly at the load or at lifting means. They are intended to be hinged into lifting means and can also be used as lashing points to attach lashing means. Loading from any side is permitted.

pewag AWHW WELD-ON HOOK
This high-strength hook is particularly well suited for welding onto excavator bucket, spreader beams etc. Its outstanding features include a die-forged, tempered safety catch, making it extrarobust.
As the safety catch locks into the tip of the hook, it provides excellent protection against lateral shifting. The product is manufactured according to EN 1677-1 with a higher load capacity and comes with full operating and welding instructions. A CE-marking further emphasises the superior quality of this product.
