All new lifting equipment provided by NEYCO arrives to our customers RGBY colour-coded, tested & updated in your online lifting register. We not only provide testing services for lifting equipment, but also all of our crane ancillary equipment and matting solutions. NEYCO provides proof load testing with our WPT100T Test Horizontal test bed - where we can test a large range of lifting & rigging equipment. Outside of our test bed services, we can also provide engineering testing, proof load testing for engineered products, and load / anchor point testing
Proof Load Testing
Our in-house Wirop 100t Test Bed can test items up to 100t and 12m in length. This provides opportunities to test a large range of equipment, such as chain slings, synthetic slings, spreader beams, equilising triangles or any other fabricated lifting equipment. If an increase in capacity or length is needed, we can also facilitate this with our supply partners.
Australian Standards
-
Any new lifting equipment that goes into circulation must be tested prior to use.
-
NEYCO follows all relevant Australian Standards and tests to the corresponding piece of equipment. Many pieces of equipment require a 2x WLL test to be performed prior to use.
Peace of Mind
-
Proof load testing is crucial to verifying that components can endure their designated design load without failure or unacceptable deformation. You have the piece of mind that after the proof load testing has occured, our LEEA trained service technicians inspect and tag all equipment prior to being dispatched
Destruction Testing
-
NEYCO also routinely provides destruction testing on all products that are brought into our workshop. All lifting equipment have safety factors applied to their design. We test these components and equipment to their maximum to see if they are manufactured to these safety factors and document the capacity of failure.
