NEYCO is an Australian owned and operated, small, family run business, located in Brendale Queensland. Created during the pandemic in 2020, NEYCO brings along deep industry knowledge in the heavy lift, crane hire & construction industries. What makes us stand out compared to the other lifting houses of Australia?

 

We aim to be a one-stop shop for all our clients, offering our top-quality matting solutions, lifting & rigging, and height safety products. Recently rebranded, now is the time for us to invest further into our people and bring onboard industry leading talent.

 

The Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager / Sales Rep, based out of our office in Brendale QLD, with the opportunities to work from home, and be out on the road. We may be based in Brisbane; however, we service and provide our products nationwide, with clients in all states and territories.

 

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining key accounts and client relationships, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, all by assisting our clients with their project requirements.

 

As part of a small team, this brings opportunities for freedom of what works for you to get the job done. We encourage you to help develop our internal systems to maximise your efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Additionally, you should feel confident working autonomously and building client and personal relationships will be second nature to you. Of course, we also emphasise an importance of teamwork and collaboration to achieve the same goals. You’ll be supported by our ownership that wants you to grow into the best salesperson you can be, we’ll invest in your ideas and your strategies for where we see our massive growth potential.

 

What’s Required

  • Business development or sales/rental experience.

  • Technical Aptitude. Technical knowledge of our industries is advantageous, though not essential

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies

  • Experience with client relationship management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
